Description As a Hospitality Agent Front Office (m/w/d) at The Cloud One Hotels, you are the first personal contact to our guests and make the difference with your appearance: be it when welcoming at reception or by phone in the reception. With The Cloud One Hotels we want to create a place where everyone is comfortable and welcome - as guests and as employees! Your duties include: Care of our guests from welcome to check-in and check-out Enthusiasm of our guests through tips for the city and surroundings Communication with our guests via telephone and mail (including processing of reservation requests and checking of overbookings and options) Accounting (incl. management of costs and cash management and accounting) Organisational and administrative tasks in front and back office areas Cross-departmental insights into new areas of activity through cooperation in our multicultural team
