Preparing and posting the monthly pay bill Competent contact person of our accounting service provider as well as of employees and executives in accounting-relevant topics Correspondence with sickness funds, social security institutions and authorities Maintenance and updating of personnel master files as well as management of digital and physical personnel files Administrative and professional support of HR in all personnel processes Representation of time-handling Creation of HR reports and statistics Participation in pending HR projects and the further development of our HR systems and processes

Completed commercial training or comparable completion with additional qualification in the field of personnel Professional experience in personnel management, ideally in pay accounting and time management Good knowledge of pay tax, social security and labour law Ideally knowledge in time management systems, preferably Interflex Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel and Word Certain working methods, high trustworthiness, discretion, very good communication skills and team spirit Embossed service orientation
