Individual implementation of monthly wage and salary bills for a defined group of employees Care and administration of personnel master and movement data Contact persons for employees, executives and external bodies in billing-relevant issues Processing of reporting and certification Communication with health insurance funds, social security institutions and authorities Support for wage and social security checks Participation in the optimization and further development of existing payroll processes

Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with further training in the area of pay billing or staffing or comparable Professional experience in payroll accounting Good knowledge of pay tax, social security and labour law Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with common accounting systems Independent, structured and conscientious working
