The main task of the area of human resources law and the principle is to support the executives and employees of the HR department in demanding individual and fundamental personal questions and to prepare key basic questions based on labour, tariff and service law. With your specialist expertise, you contribute to making the framework for employment conditions attractive and forward-looking, taking into account current legal developments.

You guide the area of principle and collective bargaining and take responsibility for personnel and technical matters You prepare the collective bargaining for the DRV Bund and agree with the management of internal services When drafting collective agreements, you will cooperate and examine, from a legal perspective, the feasibility of trade union claims taking into account their relevance for the DRV Bund For legal disputes and legal questions arising from collective bargaining, please draw up expert opinions You advise the HR Department's executives on all basic personal law issues as legal advice from the employer To review reports of the Audit Office, audit notes by the Federal Office for Social Security (BAS) and to announcements by the Federal Audit Office on the audit of budgetary and economic management

You have a successfully completed academic degree in law (first and second state exams) You provide a multiannual professional experience and knowledge in the field of labour and collective labour law and the corresponding representation of employers/organisations with Ideally, you already have leadership experience and/or bring an additional qualification as a specialist attorney for labour law, public service law or administrative law. You can prepare complex legal issues in a user-oriented manner and communicate with stakeholders in a targeted manner You can quickly and safely identify complex relationships and summarize them to the point Their mode of operation is structured and analytical You convince with their diplomatic skills and excellent communication skills You maintain a trustworthy and solution-oriented cooperation with our different stakeholders A strong strategic thinking, enforcement strength and self-initiative complete your profile
