Personally responsible implementation of the monthly pay bill: You take over the complete processing of the monthly salary bill for a defined group of employees. Please ensure that all legal and operational requirements are complied with. They process all relevant data such as salary changes, entry and exits, special payments, variable compensation components and cash benefits. Also the correct mapping of mother protection, parental time, illness belongs to your task area. Maintenance and verification of accounting data in P&I LOGA and Workday: They are responsible for the collection, maintenance and updating of personal master data and movement data in the P&I LOGA and Workday systems. Please pay particular attention to data consistency, plausibility and accounting relevance. They perform regular data comparisons between the systems and identify as well as resolve any inconsistencies independently Ensure efficient interface processes between Workday and LOGA: They monitor and maintain the data exchange between Workday and the P&I LOGA accounting system. In case of faults or data errors, analyse the causes and work closely with the external service providers to ensure a quick solution. In addition, you contribute to the continuous optimization of these interface processes. Processing and control of the time management processes: Your responsibility lies in the maintenance and monitoring of the time management data. You make sure that all time data will flow correctly into the billing. Competent contact person for employees, executives and external bodies: They are available in consultation with all billing-related questions – be it payrolls, deductions, social contributions, parental leave, etc. You will also answer inquiries from authorities, social security institutions and auditors and ensure the timely and correct communication. Creation of certificates, evaluations and reports: You create certificates of salary and merit, SV notifications, DEV notifications as well as various statistics and reporting for internal and external purposes. Use both standard and individual evaluations from LOGA and complementary tools such as Excel or Power Point. Working with projects and process optimizations: You actively contribute your expertise to projects for the further development of payroll processes – in particular in the context of digitalization, system migration (e.g. the introduction of new modules or tools) or adaptations to new legal requirements. The aim is to make the processes more efficient, transparent and sustainable. Support for audits and financial statements: They prepare documents for audits by pension insurance, tax office or auditor and accompany them professionally. You can also provide support for monthly and annual work.

A completed commercial training. At least 5 years of professional experience. Ideally with an additional qualification in the area of wage and salary billing (e.g. as a staff specialist) Knowledge of wage tax, social security and labour law.
