They provide expert technical advice, carry out technical training and process technical complaints in the region Support for certification and testing activities relevant to the region You shall ensure that all technical documents are accurate and up-to-date, and provide contributions when updates or new materials are required Regular feedback to the line manager to help identify new application, product, solution and service opportunities in the region They work closely with sales in Central and Eastern Europe to ensure a strong customer orientation and excellent service They work decentrally and are regularly on the move in the region
