The vocational training centres of the Bavarian economy (bfz) gGmbH are part of the public labour market policy: On behalf of employment agencies or job centres, You offer training and further training together with regional partners. The bfz employees qualify people of all ages according to the requirements of the modern world of work – and thus support them in the placement in job or training and integration into the professional life.

Founded in 1983, the bfz bayern are represented at 18 main locations and 150 training places. You plan practical teaching at the vocational schools for nursing, prepare it and carry it through You develop the Skills Lab and are responsible for practical training from planning to evaluation. You accompany the trainees in practice and prepare the practical instructions before and after You support and advise the students: during their training You prepare tests, perform them and perform correction work You contribute to school development, quality management and school organization, participate in conferences and school events and present the nursing school in the public

You have completed training in nursing, children's, elderly or generalist care. A bachelor's degree is not a requirement – but you need to start this parallel to the job to obtain the teaching permission. You bring a well-founded understanding of care and enjoy sharing your knowledge with trainees. With your responsible and empathic way, you accompany the learners and promote their independent development. You communicate safely in German (level C1), both in teaching and in documentation.
