Leadership and support of employees:in line with the management principles of HUK-COBURG Conception and planning in the area of space design and furniture Development of spatial systems and workplace concepts Organisation and control of moving processes Development of furniture catalogues for cross-site standardization Interior design taking into account CI, ergonomics and acoustics

Complete study of interior architecture or comparable training with long-term professional experience in office planning Experience in the design of complex office and administrative areas taking into account existing standards Safe handling of CAD/AVA, MS Office and the CAFM systems used Class B driving licence and readiness to travel Spatial thinking, analytical strength, rapid understanding and joy of decision, even in complex situations High self-initiative, sense of responsibility, reliability and sovereign action also in stress and escalation situations Safe occurrence, negotiation skills and enforcement strength as well as ensuring quality, timeliness and cost awareness
