IT Project Manager / Integration Manager (m/w/d)

Your job:

You are responsible for introducing a successor system for our internal corporate application and report directly to the head of IT. You tax the project team and bring people together. Through a thorough CAP analysis, you identify gaps between old and new systems and develop suitable solutions. Whether through technical customization or process adjustments – you make sure that all requirements are implemented smoothly. Your market view helps us to find innovative automation solutions and effectively integrate AI to reduce manual work steps.

Multiannual experience in managing complex IT projects and in leadership responsibility. Funded know-how in the automation and digitization of processes. Expertise in the integration and adaptation of database systems for personal data. You bring experience in agile project management. Ideally knowledge of Salesforce, especially Bullhorn for Salesforce, and experience in the personnel service industry. Analytical thinking, enthusiasm for progress and a strong capacity for implementation. The ability to take and inspire colleagues in change processes. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
