Ensuring smooth operation of all terminal platforms (Windows, macOS, iOS and iPadOS) Development of the existing endpoint management landscape (Microsoft Intune) Implementation and optimization of zero-touch deployment strategies Construction, maintenance and automation of software distribution processes Creation and maintenance of configuration profiles, compliance policies and baselines Implementation and support of safety concepts such as Conditional Access and MFA Working with hardware concepts and security standards for terminals

Found experience in endpoint management, ideally with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager, as well as very good knowledge of common terminal platforms Experience with modern deployment and enrollment concepts (e.g. Windows Autopilot, Apple Automated Device Enrollment) and software distribution, packaging and patch management EntraID knowledge, in particular in the fields of conditional access, device compliance and identity-based security concepts Self-conscient, responsible and solution-oriented working Embossed service and user orientation with focus on usability Openness for new technologies and willingness to continue training Ability to explain complex technical issues in a comprehensible way and enjoy working together in the team Very good knowledge of German and English Preferably, you bring an understanding of artificial intelligence and its possibilities of use
