Commercial management and management of finance, accounting and controlling Responsibility for financial planning, liquidity management and debt management Creation of monthly and annual accounts and contact persons for external partners Support of management in operational and strategic decisions Responsibility for sections of the operational departments (e.g. costing, IT, data protection, warehouse) Optimization of the cross-departmental process landscape and commercial structures Support for commercial transactions of (inter‐)national companies and holdings

Business studies or a commercial training with sound training Ideally, you will bring technical and industry-specific experience in production Expertise in Finance, Accounting and Controlling Management and leadership skills for medium-sized companies Expertise in DATEV and ERP systems as well as pronounced analytical skills Social competence in line with a family-based corporate and leadership culture Communication strength with knowledge of German and English in word & font
