We are looking for

Technical and disciplinary management of the kitchen team Responsibility for the quality and production of the food offer at the level of Schmeck the South 2 lions Controlling and economic monitoring of the key figures for the kitchen operation specified by the operating line Construction, development and implementation of efficient and up-to-date supplier management for the kitchen operation Representative tasks inside and outside and ensuring a high quality of service
