Within the Rheinmetall Group, it represents the Tactical Vehicles division and is responsible for sales, development, production and order and service processing. holistic support for future-oriented projects with regard to functional safety (E/E/PE) according to ISO 26262 or IEC 61508 on system or Vehicle level with reference to software-defined-defence and new E/E architectures anchoring functional safety in modular, service-oriented E/E architectures (software-defined-defence) and designing the secure implementation Support from the point of view of functional security for the architectural decoupling of hardware and software to make the entire product sustainable and expandable Close cooperation with the project management, disciplines, production, quality assurance as well as customers and suppliers Design and evaluation of technical specifications and safety concepts with the department Creation of the Functional Safety Plan and control of all activities up to the final case Ensuring the professional implementation of safety analyses (FMEA, FTA, DFA, SW Safety Analysis) Account Manager (m/w/d) The position can be occupied in Kassel or Kiel.

Successfully completed technical or scientific studies with analytical expression (e.g. electrical engineering, mechatronics, physics, or comparable field) Experience with functional safety from the defence, automotive, aviation or railway industry Knowledge of Software-Defined-Defence, Software-Defined-Vehicles or comparable Design competency for total vehicle networks or E/E architectures including associated protection concepts IEC 61508 and ISO 26262 standards Experience in the moderation of teams / working groups Very good German, as well as good English knowledge in word and writing Embossed communication & team capability Ready for business trips
