Immanuel Albertinen Kocht: our Cook & Chill kitchen in Rellingen supplies all Hamburg facilities of Immanuel Albertinen Diakonie and external customers. We produce about two million meals a year, catering for events and pioneering work for sustainable, creative food from the region. Our team also has a suitable task for you!

Tasks

• Pre- and preparation of food of all kinds for our patients, residents and cafeterias
• Food picking
• Supporting our output station
• Regular food intake and storage in compliance with and monitoring all HACCP guidelines and documentation
• optimal utilization and operation of the existing technology as well as smooth handling of the equipment incl. Cleaning of the workplace and the corresponding equipment

Your qualifications

• Completed vocational training as a system gastronome /in or cook/fireplace
• Ideally professional experience in a comparable position
• Friendly, safe occurrence and pronounced service orientation
• Teamability, reliability and social competence
• Very good German knowledge of B2 level
