As Head of Planning, Construction & Service Energieanlagen (m/w/d), you take responsibility for a central task area and develop new teams and processes in a targeted manner. Leadership and further development of the area Planning, Construction and Service in the North Region Ensuring the planning, control and implementation of construction measures taking into account time, cost and quality objectives Ensuring a reliable service for decentralised energy generation systems, heat networks and solutions for utility energy supply Support for sales and other specialist areas in technical issues and the development of customer-specific solutions Care and development of cooperation with customers, suppliers and other project participants in the service and construction business Support for asset management in the performance of technical plant operator obligations Responsibility for annual and medium-term planning and ensuring the agreed planning objectives and framework conditions

Master*in / Technicians in the field of renewable energies, energy, environmental, utility, construction (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Ideally, many years of experience in the fields of energy management with a technical focus on energy and heat supply Professional and leadership experience in a market and customer-oriented company and demonstrable successes in the holistic planning and construction processing of decentralized production facilities Entrepreneurial and innovative thinking
