HR Marketing Trainee (m/f/d)

Sammle exciting practical experiences as part of an internship from mid-July for about six months. You can expect a variety of tasks to bring your organizational skills and creativity. Apply your knowledge acquired in the course of studies from mid-July in an approximately six-month internship in the field of HR Marketing at our location in Munich. Your tasks: Support of the University Marketing Team: Planning, organisation and support of recruiting events for targeted student speech Candidate:internal selection and application management: Identification of suitable candidate:inside for the event participation as well as aftercare as part of our talent management activities. Marketing material: procurement, organization and distribution of marketing material for recruiting events and campaigns. Support of the social media team: participation in the design and planning of campaigns as well as independent writing of editorial contributions for our career channels. Participation in HR projects: Support for conceptual and operational tasks in the field of employer branding and personal marketing This is your team: You are part of a closely linked and highly motivated team from various Roland Berger locations. Studies of economics or social sciences or a related subject, successfully advanced or shortly before graduation Ideally first practical experience in human resources, marketing or event management in an international company Very good communication skills in English Flowing German knowledge
