You take over the assignment including 2nd level support as well as the further development and optimization of the SAP-assisted procedures in the CS module (Customer Service). In this case, you have a unique and active role in several projects, for example in the establishment of CS or the separation of our SAP R/3 system by SAP S/4HANA (transformation to S/4HANA Service). The assessment, definition, acceptance and imple­mentation of IT requirements in the SAP-CS environment, together with custo­mizing, are one of your tasks, as well as the inter­module agreement, analysis and conversion of applications. You work closely with the relevant departments and team members. In addition, you are actively involved in the adoption and implementation of calculations in the CS area. The creation of user lectures and training documents, as well as the organization and implementation of workshops complete your activity profile.

A successfully completed study of economic sciences or economic infor­mation or a comparable training is the ideal precondition for this position. You have already acquired extensive knowledge of SAP CS as well as S/4HANA Service (repair and maintenance of customer products). In addition, you have the expertise and costomizing skills required for the job; SAP-ABAP-programs are advantageous. Experience with regard to industrial and mechanical engineering (including repa­tion processes) is also advantageous.
