Educator - Rendsburg (m/f/d)

In our housing communities in the Braustraße and the Fockbeker Chaussee we accompany people with individual everyday support, crisis intervention, day-structuring offers and much more.

To strengthen our teams at both locations, we are looking for dedicated professionals (m/w/d) in part or full-time (20–39 week hours). We look forward to people who want to enrich our work with expertise, empathy and team spirit.

Your tasks

Support:They accompany the group in everyday life. They assist them when they have questions, accompany them in a crisis, give orientation in everyday life, reflect social contacts and promote their individual development.

Document:Ob for general plan calls or in everyday situations: They document professionally and carefully so that we as a team – and also external bodies – can understand the course of care and develop it together.

Team spirit:As a reliable person, you work closely with colleagues and institutions. Your team spirit, your communication strength and openness are as important as your professional know-how.

**We work in early and late shifts from Monday to Sunday. At night, we offer a readiness for emergencies.

Your profile

Qualifications: You have completed a training as an educator.

Competition: They are an organizational talent with excellent communicative skills, act with empathy and a positive, respectful attitude and are characterized by your reliability, motivation and commitment.

Qualities: You have a class B driving licence, are safe to handle MS Office and documentation tasks and have knowledge of social law.
