Project management in general planning (m/f/d)

For our exciting general planning projects we are looking for an experienced personality that takes responsibility and leads projects to success independently. A versatile range of tasks awaits you with a high design space. Responsible management and control of general planning projects in the performance phases 1–5 Total responsibility for the coordination of interdisciplinary planning teams and the targeted management of all project participants Ensuring efficient processes using modern methods such as BIM and LEAN in planning Meeting organization, management and logging Active project controlling with focus on quality, costs and appointments as well as early detection and control of risks Development, coordination and consistent follow-up of planning and appointment structures in close cooperation with internal and external partners Interface management between planning, execution and other stakeholders as well as independent clarification of complex coordination issues Strategic selection and control of specialist planners and specialist experts as well as participation in procurement processes and contract design

Successfully completed studies in the field of architecture, civil engineering, economic engineering Construction, real estate engineering, real estate industry or a comparable field of expertise Multiannual experience in project management or planning coordination of planning projects Found experience in managing and coordinating planning teams High competence in the organization, structuring and targeted management of projects Safe handling of relevant regulations and a good understanding of technical and planning relationships Communication strength as well as a sovereign occurrence towards internal and external stakeholders Extensive competence in in interdisciplinary cooperation as well as pleasure in work in cross-disciplinary teams Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
