Your new challenge Your new tasksYou develop forward-looking system management concepts for electricity and gas networks and bring them into practical implementation. You actively shape structures, processes and the target image of the digital transformation. You evaluate new technologies, drive automation and digitization ahead and translate regulatory requirements into concrete recommendations for action.You’re contributing to taking responsibility for technical concepts, coordinate projects and tax external service providers – from the tender to the quality-secured project conclusion. With your methodological know-how and your structured approach, you ensure that innovations are efficiently transferred to the operational system management. Your environmentYou are the driver of knowledge and innovation transfer: You translate results from R&E projects into practice, accompany the further development of the system management strategy and actively work in internal and external bodies. You network planning, operation, IT and external partners and contribute significantly to shaping the system management of the future.

What are you doing? Professional qualifications A completed Master's or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, Computer Science, Economic Engineering or Similar Funded knowledge of system management, process IT or network control; ideally with basic knowledge of electricity and gas networks Experience in the design of system, digitization or automation solutions and in the production of technical specifications Understanding regulatory and technical conditions (e.g. EnWG, KRITIS, NIS2, ISO-2700x, BDEW, EU Network Codes) Basic knowledge of network control systems, information processing and construction and architecture of supply networks Routine use of classic and agile project management methods Personal competencies Structured, independent and responsible operation Embossed team and communication skills Analytical thinking and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation High motivation to implement innovations in practice and to actively shape changes driving licence class B
