Creation and maintenance of digital building models (LOD100-500) in Revit Detection of plan documents, masses and lists from the models Support of the planning team in the development and implementation of architectural concepts Review and quality assurance of the models and plans created Coordination with internal specialist departments and external project partners Model coordination and testing in interdisciplinary planning teams

Complete training or studies in construction, architecture, civil engineering or comparable Multiannual professional experience in the field of digital building models, ideally in the context of industrial or commercial buildings Knowledge with BIM software, in particular Revit Experience in the application of BIM standards (e.g. IFC, DIN EN ISO 19650) Structured, precise and independent operation High level of team capacity and communication strength Very good German and good English skills Optional: Experience with programming/scripting (e.g. Dynamo, Python) of advantage
