Comprehensive support for the management: appointment coordination, organization, preparation, logging and refurbishment of internal and external dates incl. Preparatory process Correction of correspondence Distribution of daily incoming mail and deliveries Creating presentations, reports and evaluations Ordering office supplies Management of seminar rooms General Secretariat tasks Participation in planning, implementation and accounting of events Honorary guest management at own events

Multi-year professional experience Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) IT affinity and strong communication skills Friendly and competent appearance as well as a high sense of responsibility, reliability, team capacity, organisational skills and flexible time management commitment and willingness to adapt to a wide range of topics and tasks Self-employed, earnings-oriented and self-responsibility Service-oriented and professional appearance Ready to use in the evening and weekends
