Engineer Planned and Project Management

Your tasks: You are responsible for overarching coordination of all activities for the preparation and implementation of plan running management with the EPLASS system The management and operational execution of the contract with our IT service provider as well as the administration of the plan running tool for which you are contact person:in the case of user questions of the team, you take You also agree with external project participants on the topics of plan running and document management and coordinate their performance The development of a documentation concept for the planning and construction work and the support in controlling the overall project documentation in the document management system is also part of your tasks You act as a multiplier:in for the organisation, preparation and execution of a request-oriented and compliant document management With your experience, you support the implementation of logged quality checks regarding completeness and compliance with the applicable requirements and processes
