Further development of modern controlling instruments as well as cost and performance accounting Management of forecasting, budget and planning processes in close cooperation with the management Creation and analysis of monthly and quarterly reports and derivation of recommendations for action Building a profit center and key figures system for transparent corporate management Controlling development and customer projects including investment and project controlling Participation in monthly and annual financial statements and support for special business topics Close cooperation with other specialist departments for the economic assessment of projects and measures Active participation in the development of ERP and BI systems and the automation of reporting processes

Graduate degree in Business Administration (BWL) or Business Engineering with a focus on controlling Industrial professional experience in controlling or in a comparable role, preferably in machinery and plant engineering companies Strong communication skills associated with high liability and enforcement strength Excellent organizational skills and a structured approach to the implementation and tracking of projects Independent, responsible personality with a problem-solving and entrepreneurial mindset High self-motivation, willingness to continue training and the ability to work quickly into new topics Embossed team capacity Knowledge required in handling ERP and BI systems German and English knowledge fluent in word and writing
