Software Quality Manager (m/f/d)

You are a member of the project management team and are responsible for all quality management topics (QM) in the project - mainly in the software environment. In this function, you plan, coordinate and carry out all project-specific measures to ensure the quality of the contractually agreed delivery and performance volumes - always in close coordination with the project management team and the specialist departments. You prioritize and organize your QM-relevant activities in the projects. As a single point of contact, you will be able to exchange QM topics with all involved parties (customers, project management, suppliers) in the offer and implementation phase. You guide the team members assigned to you in the project. You first, tax and monitor the QM-specific documents in the project. You support the implementation of project and company-internal audits. Note: The position includes an incorporation time at Kiel site of about 3–6 months.

You have a successfully completed technical study (shipping, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science) or an equivalent qualification. You know the basic QM standards (ISO 9001, EN 9100, AQAP 2110/2210/2310) and ideally have experience in quality management of projects. You have experience in project management - especially in technical projects - and you may have an IPMA certification. You have already successfully managed teams professionally and convince by safe occurrence and communication strength. You work independently, structured and show high self-initiative. You have the pleasure of teamwork and can work both independently and cooperatively. You have very good English and German knowledge in word and writing and are ready for business trips in Germany and abroad.
