For our SOS Children's Village Weilheim at the Weilheim site we are looking to expand our team to 01.04.2026 or later Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in permanent employment, full-time or part-time (max. 38.5 h/w)

Children and young people from eight years of age who can no longer live with their families in the medium or long term find a safe and lovingly designed home in our school community. You are accompanied by a dedicated team of seven colleagues. In addition to funding in the school and professional field, sports, leisure and holiday design are an important part of our support concept. We attach particular importance to the development of competence and personality development, to the common management of everyday life and to a common cooperation. We place the resources and skills of children and young people in the foreground and offer them a lot of space to unfold on our generously designed leisure area with barbecue, football field, gym, hobby room and music cellar.

Your tasks include: Working in group service (usually in double service) including night readiness Creation and implementation of individual education and assistance plans in everyday pedagogy Documentation active participation in regular team meetings together with your six colleagues and case meetings Reflection of workflows in the team and development of suggestions for continuous optimization Development and implementation of educational individual and group offers and participation in group free time Takeover of reference services Implementation of child protection

You have a degree as an educator with a state-of-the-art recognition or have completed a degree in social education or have a comparable qualification ideally, you could already gain professional experience in child and youth assistance You are a team player*in and are happy to help shape life in the community You like challenges and have fun in organizational activities and in solution-oriented thinking and acting an appreciative and respectful attitude is of course for you Your handling of proximity and distance to the representatives is professional You have a class B driving licence
