Organisation and triggering of production-relevant documents DXF and DWG drawings with Auto-CAD for cutting plotter Ensuring the correct documentation in EDV and on paper (e.g. setup processes, production, interference reports) and corresponding feedback in the ERP system Compliance with safety, quality and production-relevant measures Reporting of production orders Operational quality control of the manufactured seals Packing, booking and storing the manufactured goods Logistic activities in the area of material storage and commissioning including all bookings Manufacture of special packaging for large and sensitive seals Active participation in the further development and optimization of processes (changes, implementation and instruction) as well as in the continuous improvement process (KVP) within the stamping department and, if necessary, across departments Operational support to the plotters within the department according to instruction

Good AutoCAD knowledge Knowledge of computerized plotter production and operation of punching machines Secure handling of MS Office and an ERP system (e.g. proAlpha) flowing knowledge of German in word and writing, good knowledge of English High level of initiative, high communication skills, flexibility and sense of responsibility Teamability, Contact
