Your duties as buyer/-in: Strategic purchasing planning: You develop and implement purchasing strategies in close cooperation with team management and other business areas to ensure the best possible conditions for your product groups. Debates and supplier management: You conduct negotiations on long-term framework agreements with local and global suppliers and maintain and expand existing supplier relationships, including the implementation of audits. Purchasing Controlling and Market Analysis: You monitor and analyze purchasing statistics, price developments and delivery times and identify new procurement markets for the continuous improvement of our KPIs. Process optimization: You promote the further development and documentation of our purchasing processes and systems to increase efficiency and transparency. Operational Purchasing: You are responsible for procurement and ensure that all components are available for your product groups. Your profile as buyer/-in: Expertise and market knowledge: You have a well-founded knowledge of purchasing and have experience with national and international procurement markets, coupled with a secure sense of market trends and price developments. Level of negotiation and communication: You are an excellent communicator and have the ability to successfully negotiate long-term framework agreements while building and maintaining strong and trusting relationships with our suppliers. Analytical thinking and innovative power: You convince with their analytical skills and are able to interpret complex shopping data and derive innovative strategies that continuously improve our shopping processes.
