Head of Division – Project Development, Construction & Facility Management (m/f/d)

Overall responsibility: You manage and control the entire division with the core areas of project development, construction design and facility management for parts of European branches with approximately 650 employees. Strategic growth: You continue to develop the business strategy, develop synergies between construction and operation and drive internationalisation. Leadership & Culture: You lead the BU lines as well as the central teams empathically, aim-oriented and form a collaborative organization. Performance Management: Using modern management tools, monitor the KPIs, control the budget (GuV responsibility) and ensure profitability and quality standards of the projects. Stakeholder Management: You are strategic contact for large international customers, partners and the group management.

Multiannual, well-founded professional and leadership experience in a comparable management position, ideally with insights into the entire value chain (from construction to the FM) Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture, economic engineering (Bau/FM) or a comparable qualification You have an increased, sovereign leadership competence, enforcement ability and the ability to inspire intercultural teams English language skills in word and writing are absolutely necessary, other foreign languages are a plus. A high level of readiness for travel within Europe is obvious to you
