Your future job:

For our customers, an international company from the defence industry, you are active as an assistance (m/w/d) in quality/process management at the Bremen site.

Your tasks:

• Technical advice of process managers in the production and optimization of the company processes
• training of the departments in the application of the processes, in particular in the use of the processNet, as part of training events
• Creation of checklist reviews
• Evaluation and documentation of data for reporting
• Implementation of correction, prevention and improvement measures and initiation of escalation stages of escalation stages
• Maintenance of process/quality management representation in the intranet
• Evaluation, correction and evaluation of deviation messages in SAP based on process specifications (FuEM, ZQ)
• Definition and allocation of measures for troubleshooting
• Moderation of Cause Analysis
• Ensuring internal communication with production, development, project/product quality managers
• Participation in 8D processes for the sustainable elimination of causes of errors

Your profile:

• Complete training as mechatronics, electricians, precision mechanics, etc.
• Advanced knowledge of quality management, technical training desirable
• Basic knowledge of the requirements and methods of business process modeling
• Basic knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
• Good SAP R/3 knowledge, especially in dealing with error messages
• Very good language skills in German, good language skills in English
