Ensuring the correct application and maintenance of various PC-assisted tools in the engineering environment (offering scaling, appointment and resource planning)

• Project support through structured data input and data management in Excel and SAP

• Processing of technical and organisational information for internal coordination

• Organisation, documentation and logging of project-related meetings

• Creation of professional presentation documents

• Support for project management in English-speaking communication and documentation

Your qualifications

Completed technical or commercial training

• Very good knowledge of MS Office (in Excel); SAP experience of advantage

• Excellent communication skills in German and English

• Own initiative, structured working and high team orientation

• Ready to work in project-specific tools and processes
