Production Controller / Factory Controller (m/w/d) Renewable Energies

On behalf of this economically stable global player, we are looking for a strong communication personality for the role of the production controller / factory controller (m/w/d) at the Siegen site.

In your key position, as part of the management team, you are the first point of contact for all controlling topics in your work. They are part of a closely-connected European team, work hand in hand with accounting together in the production of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts and act as a saving partner for the factory manager in all controlling questions. In doing so, you bring strategic abstraction power as well as a pronounced hands-on mentality and understand that all colleagues at the site are advised in business questions – from production employees to factory management.

Finally, you actively shape the further development of the Controlling site. We are looking for experienced industrial controllers (m/w/d) from the environment of production / manufacturing with real passion for production environments. Compilation and analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts in consultation with accounting Processing, maintenance and optimization of various plant codes Product cost calculation incl. Plausibility examination in cooperation with the departments Initiation of countermeasures in case of deviations from the plan and follow-up of efficiency with the production line Development of forecasts and budget calculations as well as implementation of target-actual comparisons and deviation analyses Support during inventory and provision of documentation, evidence and reviews for auditors Management of and cooperation in cross-departmental projects Production of cost-effectiveness calculations for optimization projects including Review of completed projects

successfully completed studies in the field of economics or finance / controlling; alternatively successfully completed commercial training with additional qualification Multiannual professional experience in controlling in a manufacturing company Experience in controlling-side consulting of executives and production employees Teamplayer (m/w/d) with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to take people with you at all levels High target orientation, enthusiasm for manufacturing processes and pronounced analytical skills English well to fluent in word and writing
