We are now looking for active support for the Infrastructure Operations department: Service coordinator*in operation data center (Entgeltgruppe 11 EntTV ITDZ Berlin / TV-L Berlin / 3rd ÄTV ITDZ Berlin) Our 8-person team ensures daily operation of the data centers of the Berlin administration. We are always up to date in the topics of refrigeration, air-conditioning, electrical, fire protection & building control technology and provide our customers, such as police, firefighters and justice. As a service coordinator*in, you are responsible for the operation of the building infrastructure of our data centers (with an area of about 4,200m2) with regard to refrigeration, electrical installation, USV systems, security technology & building automation You control service providers with regard to maintenance, maintenance and testing of all plants and are responsible for coordinating procurement processes When creating and updating operating documentation and concepts, you actively participate You are the driving force for the continuous development of our data centers in terms of new refrigeration technology, power supply, monitoring and the constant updating of fire protection You actively help achieve the project goals of our ongoing data center projects

It is essential to carry out the tasks: Bachelor or Fachhochschulbildung or otherwise acquired comparable knowledge and skills Knowledge and experience in plant engineering in data centers or comparable building infrastructures and electrical engineering Knowledge and experience in access and reporting systems, safety and access areas, building control systems Knowledge and experience in building automation and monitoring of technical building infrastructure Knowledge of the planning, coordination, implementation and monitoring of fire protection measures German language skills at level B2 (GER) are required Your willingness to submit to the extended safety review (SÜ 2) pursuant to Section 11 of the Berlin Security Audit Act (BSÜG) It is also advantageous to carry out tasks: You draw your attention and your sense of responsibility You convince by the strength of implementation and it gives you pleasure to translate concepts and ideas into practical results
