Coordination and Procedure Manager for Building Applications (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the internal coordination, control and technical quality assurance of ongoing participation procedures in construction applications and report directly to the management You shall ensure that the construction applications are processed on a timely basis and shall, inter alia, lay down individual time limits for the internal distribution, thereby recognizing and resolving contradictions within the technical opinions of the Office. You record, analyse and evaluate key figures, perform deviation analyses and derive appropriate countercontrol measures The preparation, implementation and follow-up of planned discussions with the Executive Board is also one of your tasks, including the preparation of building templates for significant projects and the assessment of the urgency and development of proposals for decision-making and prioritisation. You are the central contact person for internal and external participants in construction law procedures and take over the cross-disciplinary consultation and representation of technical matters in meetings You are responsible for internal knowledge management, including the creation of training materials and the implementation of internal training A change or addition of the task area is reserved.

A completed study (Bachelor) in the field of Public Management or a degree as a Diplom-Administrator As an alternative, a degree as an administrative specialist (e.g. employee training course II) or managing directors with an already completed ascent into the senior service In-depth knowledge in building regulations and construction planning law and in general administrative law Knowledge of the legal areas of the Office for the Environment, e.g. nature protection, immission protection, water and soil protection law, industrial protection law are advantageous German knowledge with good expressability in word and writing Embossed communication capability and sovereign occurrence
