Your tasks: In the role you are part of the Talent Solutions Advisory Team, which offers our customers comprehensive HR consulting services. You are responsible for supporting customers in the design and implementation of a wide range of Rewards Advisory solutions and play a key role in identifying, developing and completing projects. In this position, you should accompany a variety of consulting projects and run subprojects autonomously that help to improve the results of our customers by providing innovative and effective solutions. Experience in the development and implementation of tailor-made and effective solutions in the areas of job description, job evaluation, salary structure and remuneration systems Conducting workshops or lectures on current market trends Development of project plans and independent project management in compliance with quality, time and profitability objectives Building long-term and good customer relationships Presentation of solutions and recommendations before internal and external customers Conducting tender processes for offers as well as leading scoping and fact-finding talks with customers and potential customers Participation in the development of cross-functional offers in cooperation with other departments to develop and present innovative customer solutions Supporting our branding and developing new opportunities for cross-selling Your profile: Complete university studies Multiannual professional experience, preferably in the field of rewards consultation or in the personnel consulting with specialisation in compensation management (Compensation & Benefits) Sufficient experience in negotiations with works councils on salary issues Correspondingly solid knowledge in German labour law Proven successes in customer management or customer support Experience in advising executives and/or executives in remuneration issues (including long-term incentive plans) or experience in working on large HR transformation projects Designed analytical and organizational skills and project management skills Strong presentation and conviction skills as well as the ability to guide workshops/training Joy in active networks on the market and acquisition of new customers German and English language skills in word and writing MS Office knowledge What we offer: Our company attaches importance to innovative thinking, customer orientation, professional development and personal and professional integrity.
