These varied and challenging tasks await you: You drive improvement projects independently from ingredients optimization to the development of efficient and sustainable production processes Together with our customers, You shape the further development of our products and successfully bring innovative ideas to implementation You are made of ideas of resilient solutions: You plan and coordinate production attempts, accompany their implementation, analyze the results and document them carefully You develop recipes, product specifications and process descriptions and continuously optimize them You network the relevant areas and work closely with quality management, project management and production as a central interface

You have a completed study of food technology, process engineering or a comparable field of expertise and provide sound expertise You delight in food and ingredients and have a strong understanding of their functional properties and their targeted use in recipes You bring several years of professional experience in food production or development You work safely with recipe management systems and enjoy working quickly and confidently in new software solutions and digital tools You organize yourself and keep an overview: A structured, solution-oriented and responsible way of working distinguishes you You communicate openly and convincingly and are happy to work team-oriented both within their own team and across departments
