Your duties

• They coordinate and accompany the teams in cleaning our objects in the Greiz district. • As a foreman, you will ensure a smooth running of daily work processes. • They are contact persons for employees and ensure compliance with hygiene and quality standards. • They support the incorporation of new colleagues and provide motivated cooperation. • You control the work results and document the cleaning activities.

Your profile

• experience in building cleaning, ideally as a foreman. • A sense of responsibility and a structured way of working. • knowledge of maintenance cleaning, building cleaning, basic cleaning • Skill for team leadership and motivation for employees. • Secure knowledge of machine handling • Very good knowledge of the German language in word and writing. • Safe appearance and joy in dealing with people. • willingness to work in the Greiz district, flexibility in working hours (full or part-time).
