Crew Leader - Scaffolding / Assembly / Layher Scaffolding (m/f/d)

You take the technical guidance and coordination of your assembly column of 3-5 employees directly on the construction site. You plan and control the professional up, re- and downgrading of our scaffolding systems, in particular Layher, and, if necessary, pack yourself in. You are responsible for the efficient execution of the construction projects by planning material and personnel deployment and ensuring quality. As a model for your team, you are responsible for the consistent compliance with the regulations on safety and environmental protection. You are the central interface to the building management, documenting the progress of construction and solving challenges on site.

You have a completed training as a scaffolder (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of professional experience in scaffolding, ideally including first experience in the guidance of a team. With your communication strength, your organizational talent and enforcement ability, you can safely and motivate your column to the target. You have a class B driving licence (ideally CE/C1E) and the willingness to use in the large area of Würzburg/Nürnberg. You speak German fluently for the smooth coordination in the team and with the building management.
