You are responsible for the organization and success of the curtains department - from the order of goods to the attractive presentation. You advise our customers with expertise and passion and implement their living spaces into reality. You are the first contact person for questions about curtains, accessories and decoration. You motivate and promote your team and ensure a positive working atmosphere. You implement sales targets and introduce creative ideas to make the department even more successful.

Complete training in the retail trade, as a space equipment:in or a comparable qualification - ideally focusing on curtains and decoration. Multiannual professional experience as well as sound knowledge of goods and industries in the field of curtains and home textiles. Embossed communication strength, organizational talent and first leadership experience. Creativity and a sense of trends and style in the field of spatial equipment. Class B punctuality, reliability and driving licence.
