Complete, independent coordination and processing of topics in the field of product-related environmental and chemical compliance using modern methods and tools Ensuring technical performance in several complex projects at the same time and coordination of relevant contributions, work packages and interfaces with regard to quality, dates and budget. You advise internal and external customers on legal, normative and project-specific issues and represent your topic in challenging voting and decision-making situations. You ensure the professional quality of internal and external performance in your area of responsibility and themes and continuously develop suitable quality assurance approaches Professional leadership and coordination of employees including mentoring and knowledge transfer. You actively shape standards, methods, processes and tools in the field of topics and drive their consistent, efficient and sustainable implementation. You are actively promoting innovation and further development in order to sustainably strengthen the efficiency, excellence and quality of the area. You work closely and trustfully with the disciplinary supervisor, in particular on the subject of competence development, qualification planning and strategic personnel needs development. You have completed technical studies (e.g. Department of Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering) You ideally have an additional qualification for the environmental management officer according to ISO 14001, for the material compliance manager or specialist according to dangerous substance regulation You have long-standing, relevant professional experience in a specialist expert function in the field of material compliance or product compliance with environmental and chemical law ideally in the military environment You have extensive and well-founded knowledge of the relevant legal regulations, standards and guidelines and can apply them safely and in practice in projects and detection relationships You have relevant experience in creating legal opinions, study reports and structured evaluations for authorities and customers You have several years of experience in the processing and control of complex tasks and the management of projects with several employees You quickly capture complex technical and regulatory issues, evaluate them soundly and prepare them to address and decide on You are entitled not only to process topics in a professionally informed and independent manner, but to contribute to the very high degree of self-initiative standards, to develop procedures and to anchor quality in the organization in a sustainable manner.
