Sighting and processing of alerts on current platforms Analysis and evaluation of tenders and customer requests regarding technical, commercial and contractual aspects. Responsibility of supply creation, negotiation and tracking Compliance with all formal requirements and deadlines Participation and leadership of negotiations with our customers Compilation of project teams with the necessary skills to process the tender Coordination with hardware, software and service partners for cooperation and design, pricing and strategic tender processing Proactive influx of tenders for new and existing customers

Experience in tender management, ideally in the field of IT or print technologies Experience in the distribution of IT infrastructure services and/or managed print services Sovereign, friendly and binding appearance to our customers Embossed coordination skills and communication strength Good time management and ability to set priorities Knowledge of tender procedures and contract law of advantage No fear of new topics and their challenges Hands-on mentality
