Account Manager (m/w/d) We are looking for you at the next possible time as a telephone customer advisor (m/w/d) health insurance in full or part-time (from 20 hours a week). Your fixed work location is optionally our center in Hamburg, Berlin, Frankfurt am Main, Karlsruhe or Nuremberg. From A, such as “medicines” to Z, such as “teaching health”: They advise and serve our customers by telephone and e-mail easily on all questions of statutory health insurance. As the first respondent, you are one of the most important contacts our insurers have at KKH. Advice on distance? Please with personal note! Whether by phone or e-mail: You are individually addressing all questions and with your empathic and communicative way, make sure that the insured people feel well looked after. In doing so, you are motivated to implement the trained content on your own initiative and to solve the customer's enquiries mainly in a case-closing manner. Special enquiries for our respective competence centers identify you in a targeted manner and forward them to the relevant specialist department. Solution-oriented and argumentative: Critical customer queries see you as a welcome challenge. You can successfully use the tools and concepts from regular communication training. With your first-class service, you can strengthen customer relationships and make them from insured fans. You can see goals agreed with your leadership as a chance to reflect and develop your work. Sales-oriented customer discussions ensure a change. You have a special hand for recommendation management, highlight performances to suit customer requirements and also take part in receivables. With your commitment, the team will make a valuable contribution to achieving the existing targets in your region.

They bring a completed commercial or medical training with: health professionals or dialogue marketing, social security specialists, (Zahn-)Medical specialists, pharmaceutical employees or comparable. Knowledge of health insurance is a plus, but no need. We are also looking forward to consulting employees from e.g. medical hospitals, call centres, medical practices, pharmacies and care. It is a heartfelt opportunity for you to enter our insurers competently and with a smile in hectic and emotionally challenging moments. They are strong in communication and prove fluent German knowledge and excellent expressiveness in oral and written communication. They bring time flexibility within our service hours (from 7:00 to 19:00). Your working hours are defined as part of our fair and transparent personnel deployment planning. You want to think into diverse and comprehensive topics and can integrate into a team with established processes and structures. The routined work on the PC is already part of your everyday life.
