As a specialist customer order management (m/w/x) you will take over the independent processing and supervision of international customer orders.

working in global and cross-functional teams

be actively involved in the Order Fulfillment process and manage the invoice responsibly

Conduct correspondence with customers and domestic and foreign subsidiaries, coordinate and monitor appointments

efficient and process-oriented order flow including Ensuring output logistics

a successfully completed commercial training as well as a further training as a specialist (m/w/x) or a comparable qualification

multiannual professional experience in order filling process

very good knowledge and safe handling of SAP especially in the modules SD and MM, MS-Office applications

very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing

a high level of team and communication skills and a very good enforcement capability
