Would you like to accompany Young people in their personal development and together with them make their free time active? Then you are right with us!

In our Social group work at the CJD Nienburg you will accompany Youth at the age of 12 to 16 years after your school day. Together with them, they shape the afternoon, attract topics from their world of life and create space for community, personal development and new experiences.

The place is 10 hours per week and is terminated as parent representation. The operation is currently Mondays and Wednesdays from 12:00 to 17:00.

Your New Task

• Pedagogical accompaniment and promotion of young people aged 12 to 16 years
• Design of group pedagogical offers, Learning activities and Sports and movement offers
• Promoting self-employment, social competence and personal development**
• Focusing on topics from the life world of young people, such as media and current trends
• Implementation of treatment and experience education services
• Takeover of reference service for 3 to 4 young people including organisation and documentation
• Cooperation in the pedagogical team and participation in regular supervision

Your profile

• Completed training to education (w/m/d) or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in youth assistance or Youth work is desirable, but also Occupational workers are welcome
• A estimating and deescaling basic attitude
• Freude at Work with young people and interest in their world of life
• Creativity and Eigeninitiative in the design of Freetime, sports and educational offers
• Ideally handicraft skills and/or knowledge in the system approach
• Willingness to participate in the weekly summer time
• Remarkable is the membership of a Christian church belonging to the working community of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany
