Team Leader Tunnel Control Center (m/f/d)

Team building and leadership: building a powerful team, coordination of cooperation as well as professional and organizational management. Strategic development: development of concepts and strategies for the future of the tunnel control center and its tasks in the field of the federal motorways. Operational Responsibility: Control of the entire process in the tunnel control center – from target achievement to resource planning to optimal employee deployment. Technical and contractual expertise: the creation and processing of engineering, construction and maintenance contracts for electrical, engineering and information systems. Technical advice and committee work: assessment of external planning, technical advice and active participation in specialist bodies. Project coordination: Monitoring and control of construction and maintenance measures at higher level.

Completed technical-engineering studies on/to the Dipl.-Ing. (FH), Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, Communication Technology, Information Technology Long-term professional experience and deeper expertise in responsibility Extensive knowledge in planning and Implementation of maintenance and construction measures including the related planning, procurement and construction law Organisation and coordination of workflows in economic terms Willingness to participate in specialist bodies and in professional and personal training Knowledge in project management and negotiation skills and enforcement skills That would be desirable: Leadership experience is advantageous Individual initiative, creativity and flexibility This distinguishes you as a manager: You think in complex relationships and have a pronounced willingness to design, combined with value-adding behavior and self-reflection.
