Your tasksProfessional customer contact: You work in an exciting environment and are in written and telephone contact with our customers every day - in English and German you are kindly and competently answering customer requests.

• Order processing: You accompany the customer orders through the entire ordering and delivery process and work closely with the operational logistics area and quality assurance. Routined and professionally, you process returns and complaints and coordinate transport disposition and export processing.
• Reporting and master data maintenance: A welcome change is the creation of reports for you. In addition, you will be able to provide the customer and product master data in our SAP system.

Your profileCommunicative and dedicated person with successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as a merchant for office management (m/w/x) or merchant for forwarding and logistics services (m/w/x)

• First experience in customer service in the international environment
• Very good knowledge of English and German
• Sovereign MS Office knowledge and first contact points with an ERP system
• Team skills and a high level of learning
