Translation of the corporate and HR strategy into a holistic recruiting strategy in coordination with the personnel management Ensuring predictive, scalable and high-quality recruiting for all business areas, locations and professional groups Development of target group and location specific recruiting campaigns Building and controlling a powerful and demand-oriented network of external recruiting service providers Persecution of current social and labour market trends and proactive derivation of recruiting measures Independent support of selected management and specialist evacancies (end-to-end) Control of external service providers in key and executive positions Increase in the degree of digitization and automation in recruiting

successfully completed economic studies with a focus on human resources, economic psychology or a comparable subject; alternatively completed commercial vocational training with further training in the HR sector Insufficient professional experience in recruiting and/or in a generalistic HR role Experience in Active Sourcing and in cooperation with external service providers High affinity and interest in current recruiting and labour market trends Experience in dealing with applicant management software Professional and binding occurrence and communication strength
