A completed educational course (e.g. as an educator:in or comparable) Ideally experience in a management function or motivation and responsibility to go the next step First knowledge of personnel management, organization and administrative processes are advantageous A safe occurrence as well as a valuable and cooperative leadership Empathy, communication strength and joy in working with children, parents and team Organisational skills and the ability to keep track even in challenging situations
