Advice and support for employees and managers in all questions of pay and salary accounting Maintenance, testing and management of accounting-relevant personnel master files in SAP HCM Implementation of the calculation and payment of operating pensions Communication with health insurance funds, social security institutions and authorities Processing of the reporting system and creation of certificates, evaluations and statistics in SAP HCM

Successfully completed training in commercial or tax matters Relevant professional experience in payroll accounting (min. 2 years) Secure knowledge in tax and social security law Versified handling of billing systems such as SAP HCM, DATEV, Sage, etc. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing English knowledge is advantageous
