HR Business Partner (m/w/d)

We are the municipal utility and transport company of the region for over 190,000 customers. In order to ensure that we continue to successfully take care of our customers, we are looking for a HR Business Partner (m/w/d) as soon as possible in full time for our HR department.

Strategic advice and support for managers in a defined area in all personal and labour law issues Close cooperation with recruiting, personnel development and personnel management With the design and implementation of personal strategies as well as support for change processes (e.g. reorganisation, digitization) Support in succession planning Control and moderation of personnel talks, e.g. for target agreements, feedback and development talks Working with cross-departmental HR projects (e.g. Employer Branding, Diversity, Employee Liability)

Complete study with focus on human resources management, economic psychology or comparable qualification Multiannual relevant professional experience in HR, ideally in public service or in a municipal enterprise Knowledge of labour law and strategic HR consulting Impressed communication and consulting skills with executives Structured, solution-oriented operation and high self-responsibility
